Flour Tortillas, The Large ones

Bacon

Shredded Lettuce

Cream cheese

Tomatoes Finely Chopped

Spread the cream cheese over the tortillas,I did mine a fair amount but not tons so its too thick,add strips of bacon over about 3/4 of the tortilla, layer of lettuce and a good sprinkling of tomatoes ( not too much as it makes it hard to roll), roll up as tight as you can and wrap in foil and chill overnight or for a couple of hours at least, when chilled remove from foil and slice up, I used toothpicks to help with keeping them rolled.
